The Cultural Landscape and Archaeological Remains of the Bamiyan Valley is a UNESCO World Heritage site located in the city of Bamyan, Afghanistan. This site is a testament to the rich history of the region, showcasing the artistic and religious developments which occurred between the 1st to 13th centuries. The Bamiyan Valley is renowned for its ancient Buddhist monastic ensembles and sanctuaries, as well as Islamic edifices.

Although destroyed in 2001, their outlines and artistic features are still discernible.
