Belvedere Palace, located in the heart of Vienna, Austria, is a stunning example of Baroque architecture. The palace complex, built in the early 18th century as a summer residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy, is divided into two grand structures: the Upper and Lower Belvedere. These are set amidst beautifully manicured gardens, complete with fountains, sculptures, and a variety of exotic plants, offering a serene escape from the bustling city.

Visitors to the Belvedere Palace can explore the rich history and opulent interiors of the palace, which now houses an impressive collection of Austrian art. One of the highlights is Gustav Klimt’s iconic painting “The Kiss,” displayed in the Upper Belvedere. The Lower Belvedere, on the other hand, is home to temporary exhibitions and the palace stables. The Orangery and the Palace Stables are also worth a visit, as they host contemporary exhibitions.
