Visit North Eleuthera

North Eleuthera is a beautiful and secluded island in the Bahamas archipelago. It has some of the most stunning beaches in the world, such as French Leave Beach and Lighthouse Beach. These breathtakingly beautiful beaches are host to miles of sand and crystal clear waters that will take your breath away. To enjoy some shopping, sightseeing, or even just relax at a nearby cafe, visitors can visit Rainbow Bay Marina or Governor's Harbour for some interesting attractions.

For those looking for something with more history to it, there is Hatchet Bay Cave which was used to hide ammunition during World War II by British forces. Additionally, North Eleuthera has served as an important part of United States relationship with the Bahamas since 1922 when President Warren G Harding visited this small island nation in his final voyage before passing away from a heart attack on board his ship. Although North Eleuthera is secluded from much of what tourists expect from other Bahamian islands like Nassau or Great Exuma, this small but powerful destination definitely packs a punch!
