Visit Christ Church


Christ Church is a parish located on the southeast coast of Barbados. It is well-known for its beautiful white sand beaches, crystal clear waters, and stunning coral reefs. The historic St. Mary's Anglican Church in Oistins is an iconic tourist destination with over 300 years of history in Christ Church Parish. Inside the church are some well-preserved artifacts from 1645 when it was originally built by British settlers from England. This colonial building has been visited by Queen Elizabeth II of England three times since 1966 during her visits to Barbados! Other interesting sites include St Lawrence Gap-a vibrant nightlife hub with plenty of restaurants and bars-and Silver Sands Beach -one of the most beautiful beaches on earth!
