Visit Anegada

Anegada, the northernmost island in the British Virgin Islands, is one of the most beautiful and untouched places in the Caribbean. The island is famous for its white sand beaches, lush green mangroves, and shallow reefs that are perfect for snorkeling.

One of Anegada's best-known attractions is Loblolly Beach, a picturesque expanse of powdery white sand lined with palm trees and surrounded by shallow turquoise waters. It's a great spot for swimming or sunbathing. The Flamingo Pond Nature Reserve is another popular destination - visitors can explore the diverse wildlife on land or from the comfort of a kayak on the water.

Anegada has an interesting history as well - it was once home to an infamous pirate known as Blackbeard who used it as his hideout until he was eventually captured by British forces in 1718. Today, it's a peaceful paradise that offers visitors plenty to do and see - from swimming with turtles to exploring centuries-old shipwrecks just off shore!
