Visit Pazardzhik Province


The Pazardzhik Province is located in the south-central part of Bulgaria. It is bordered by the provinces of Plovdiv, Smolyan, and Stara Zagora. This region boasts a rich cultural heritage and breathtaking scenery that are worth exploring. A popular tourist destination in Pazardzhik is the Bachkovo Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Eastern Europe. Here visitors can take in stunning medieval architecture and view ancient frescoes. The city of Pazardzhik is also a great place to visit for its many historic sites such as St. Petka Church and Varshets Baths which date back to Roman times.
