One of the main attractions to visit in Chester is the Chester Playhouse Theatre and Music Hall - one of Canada's oldest continuously-run theatres. The theatre offers a variety of shows ranging from classic family musicals to interactive comedies throughout its season from May - October.
Also worth visiting are the numerous beaches that line its shoreline providing visitors with stunning views over Mahone Bay. Just outside of town there are several provincial parks offering great opportunities for hiking, biking, swimming and kayaking as experiences not to miss out on during a visit to Chester!
