Visit Jiangxi


Jiangxi is a province in the southeast of China and one of the most historically significant regions in the country. Home to many rivers, lakes, and mountains, Jiangxi is known for its natural beauty. One of its top tourist destinations is Lushan National Park located at the foot of Lushan Mountain, offering stunning views over Poyang Lake. The capital city Nanchang is home to the famous Tengwang Pavilion which was built more than 1300 years ago during the Tang Dynasty. Today it stands as one of China's oldest historical monuments and houses some beautiful art galleries and artifacts from that period. Every year various festivals are celebrated throughout Jiangxi such as Spring Festival in January or February, Dragon Boat Festival in June or July and Mid-Autumn Festival in September or October. For a unique cultural experience one should visit Jinggangshan city with its many ancient villages which still preserve traditional folk customs from hundreds of years back - it's truly worth visiting!
