Karlův most, 110 00 Praha 1, Czechia

Charles Bridge is a historic and iconic landmark in the heart of Prague, Czech Republic. Built in the 14th century by King Charles IV, it spans the Vltava River, connecting the Old Town and Lesser Town. The bridge is adorned with 30 statues and statuaries, most of which are Baroque-style, depicting various saints and patron saints, making it a unique open-air gallery.

Visitors to Charles Bridge can enjoy panoramic views of the city’s skyline, including Prague Castle and the Vltava River. One must-see is the statue of St. John of Nepomuk, a popular spot where people touch the falling priest on the plaque for luck and to ensure their return to Prague. Another highlight is the Bridge Tower at the Old Town end, one of the most beautiful Gothic gateways in the world, offering a stunning view of the city from its viewing gallery.
