Visit Viti Levu

Viti Levu is the largest and most populous island of the Fiji Islands. It is home to two-thirds of Fiji's population, including the capital city Suva. Here you can experience a mix of urban and rural life, with traditional villages near lush forests and clear oceans.

Viti Levu is also known for its beautiful beaches, stunning coral reefs, and exciting activities like surfing, snorkeling, fishing, boating and more. The Navala village in Ba province offers visitors an authentic Fijian experience with its thatched bures (huts) and traditional ceremonies.

For nature lovers there are numerous attractions like the Garden of Sleeping Giant or Colo-i-Suva Forest Park where visitors can explore dense rainforest trails or simply relax by one of many waterfalls. Don't forget to visit some historical sites such as Suvavou House in Nausori Town which was once occupied by a colonial governor during British rule in 1874 or Momi Battery located on Viti Levu's western coast where Japanese forces were defeated during World War II.
