Discover Meudon
Meudon is a beautiful commune located in the Hauts-de-Seine department of France. It lies just west of Paris and has been a popular destination for tourists and locals alike since it was founded centuries ago. The city offers stunning views of the Seine river and lush green parks, as well as numerous charming streets full of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Meudon also has many historical sites to explore such as the Grand Parc National de la Francilienne or the old Church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine. Visitors should take some time to visit La Muette Palace, an 18th century Baroque mansion that was once owned by Madame Du Barry. The nearby Velodrome de Meudon is also worth checking out for its velodrome track which hosts cycling races throughout the year. Finally, no trip is complete without visiting one of Meudon's famous wineries to sample some delicious local wines!
