Place de la Bourse is one of the most iconic sights in Bordeaux, France. This majestic square, built from 1730 to 1775, is a masterpiece of French classical architecture. It is flanked by the Palais de la Bourse and the Musée National des Douanes, offering a glimpse into the city’s rich history and culture.
Visitors to Place de la Bourse should not miss the Miroir d’eau, the world’s largest reflecting pool. This modern water feature, located directly across from the square, offers a stunning mirror-like reflection of the grand buildings. Another must-see is the Three Graces fountain, a beautiful sculpture that adds a touch of elegance to the square.
