Chasseneuil-du-Poitou is a small town located in the Vienne department of France. This quaint French village is located just 10 kilometers from Poitiers, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding areas. If you're feeling adventurous there are kayaking trips available on the River Clain which passes through Chasseneuil as well as boat trips around Mervant Lake.
