Tournefeuille is a commune located in the Haute-Garonne department of France. It lies just outside Toulouse, near the banks of the Garonne river. Tournefeuille features attractive historic buildings and monuments, including churches and chapels dating back to medieval times. It also offers plenty of outdoor activities such as walking, cycling or fishing along the picturesque riverside.

The village has recently been awarded with a flowery label by its inhabitants for its beauty and exceptional character. It is especially known for its majestic chateau which dominates the town's skyline, offering spectacular views over Toulouse during sunset or sunrise.

While visiting Tournefeuille, tourists should not miss out on admiring some of its most famous monuments: The sixteenth century Church Saint Eloi, The Chateau de la Salle with its magnificent park and gardens (which can be visited only by appointment) as well as several farmhouses which were built in the eighteenth century. There are also several cultural events taking place throughout the year such as concerts or art exhibitions in various venues around town.
