Marineland in Antibes, France is a breathtaking experience for the entire family. It’s home to a variety of aquatic mammals and has both educational exhibits and thrilling shows. The orca show is spectacular: majestic orcas soar through the air, leaping around in playful leaps and turns. Guests can also explore an underwater tunnel with large windows so they can observe the fish, turtles, sharks and other creatures that swim by. For those looking for more action, Marineland offers Sea Lion Shows featuring stunts from these clever mammals. Lastly, one of its most fascinating attractions is Animal Island - you’ll be able to get up close to exotic species such as parrots, iguanas and even lemurs.
Plan your visit
- Bring comfortable shoes as Marineland has a lot of walking involved.
- Plan ahead and check the opening times to ensure that you maximise your visit and avoid queues or disappointment when attractions are closed due to weather conditions or maintenance work.
- Take sunscreen, hats, jumpers and sunglasses with you as some areas can be quite exposed to the sun in summer months and can be chilly in winter months.
- Make sure you take time out for lunch or snacks during your visit - there is plenty of choice onsite!
