Visit Riau


Riau is an Indonesian province located in the south of Sumatra. It is home to several national parks, such as Rokan Hilir and Siak Kecil Lake National Park.

Riau boasts numerous idyllic beaches with stunning views like Tanjung Batu and Pantai Cermin, making it a great destination for beach lovers. Other fun activities in Riau include fishing, swimming, and exploring the various islands off the coast.

The city of Pekanbaru serves as the capital of Riau and offers visitors plenty of sightseeing locations. The Great Mosque of Pekanbaru dates back to 1784 and is one of the oldest mosques in Indonesia. Another interesting place to check out is Taman Budaya which features multiple traditional houses showcasing many different types of architecture from all over Southeast Asia.
