Historical, Place of worship

Milan Cathedral is a masterpiece of Lombard-Gothic architecture that towers over the city of Milan. Situated in its historic Piazza del Duomo, the cathedral is one of the most recognisable landmarks in Italy. It features an impressive facade adorned with 135 spires and 3,400 statues, while inside visitors can marvel at frescoes and stained glass windows dating back centuries.

The cathedral boasts several must-see attractions. A visit to the terraces on top of the facade offers stunning views over the city, while below lies its grand interior featuring an elaborate marble floor and ornate altars. The complex also includes a nearby baptistery dedicated to St John the Baptist as well as a Museum containing religious artifacts from across Europe.
