Visit Fushë Kosovë
Fushe Kosove is a city located in the southeastern part of Kosovo. It is known as City of Flowers, due to its many parks and gardens adorned with colorful blooms throughout the year. With streets lined by elegant Ottoman-style architecture and beautiful churches, Fushe Kosove offers a unique cultural experience.
There are numerous places to explore in Fushe Kosove, such as the Et'hem Bey Mosque from 1766, which is considered one of the most beautiful examples of Islamic architecture in Kosovo; or Erzeni Cave--a natural wonder situated near Drenoc village just 8 km from Fushe Kosove which features some spectacular stalactites and stalagmites inside.
Additionally, Fushe Kosovo has an interesting history related to Yugoslavia's President Josip Broz Tito: it was here where he spent his last days before dying from old age on May 4th 1980. Therefore, a museum was built to commemorate his life in 1983--the Museum House "Yugoslavia"--which includes several documents associated with Josip Broz Tito's biography.
