Nabatieh Governorate is a region located in the south of Lebanon, near the border with Israel. It is known for its beautiful scenery, friendly people, and rich culture.

The most popular tourist attractions in Nabatieh Governorate are its ancient cedar forests and historical sites such as Khiam Castle and Bint Jbeil Castle. Khiam Castle was built by the Crusaders in 1110 AD while Bint Jbeil Castle was constructed during Ottoman times. The governorate also hosts many religious sites like Thalatheen Mosque and Saydet el-Nejmeh Church.

An interesting historical fact about Nabatieh Governorate is that it used to be part of South Lebanon Province before it became an independent governorate in 2013. It also contains one of the oldest cities in Lebanon - Tyre, which dates back to 4000 BC and was once one of the major trading centres of the Middle East region.
