Discover Triesen
The main attraction in Triesen is the Schloss Gutenberg castle which overlooks the town from atop a hill. Originally built in 1272, it was later restored to its former glory by Prince Johann II von Liechtenstein and now serves as a museum open for tourists to explore its impressive interiors.
Another must-see attraction is St John's Church, constructed between 1717 and 1720 with local materials such as sandstone and marble. Visitors can also take advantage of nearby ski slopes or hike up into the surrounding forested area to take in breathtaking views across Triesen valley before heading back down into town where they can find plenty of cafes serving traditional food like cheese fondue or apple strudel.
