Discover Niedercorn

 
Niedercorn is a small municipality located in the canton of the same name in Luxembourg. It lies on the western banks of the Moselle River, just north of Luxembourg City. The area has a rich cultural heritage and is known for its lush green landscapes.

While visiting Niedercorn, visitors can explore its beautiful parks and gardens, as well as its numerous castles and historical buildings. There are many outdoor activities to enjoy such as hiking, cycling and horse riding along with various water sports like kayaking or canoeing in the river Moselle. Other highlights include Beidweiler Castle which is open to visitors, with stunning views over Niedercorn from its terrace; Schoenfels Castle with picturesque forest walks; and Ehnen Abbey which was once a Cistercian monastery dating back to 1147 AD. Visitors can also try out traditional Luxembourgish cuisine at one of many local restaurants or visit one of Niedercorns's wineries for some excellent regional wines.
