Visit Terengganu


Terengganu is located on the east coast of the Malaysian peninsula, and is one of the most traditional states in Malaysia. It is home to some of Malaysia's most stunning beaches and lush tropical rainforests, making it a popular destination for tourists. The capital city, Kuala Terengganu, provides visitors with an insight into what Terengganu has to offer: from its vibrant culture and unique architecture to its delectable cuisine. Tourists looking for a taste of history should head to the Terengganu State Museum, which houses ancient artifacts that tell stories about the region's past. An interesting historical fact about Terengganu is that it was once an independent Malay sultanate until 1724 when it became part of Malaysia.
