Visit Puebla


Puebla, Mexico is a vibrant city located southeast of Mexico City. It is one of the oldest cities in the country and known for its distinct colonial architecture and rich history. The city is home to many colorful markets and plazas, such as Zocalo, where visitors can enjoy traditional Mexican cuisine and handmade crafts. Puebla is also known for its tasty regional dishes such as Mole Poblano.

For tourists, there are plenty of attractions to experience like the incredible Catedral de Puebla which dates back to 1649 or the beautiful Plaza de la Concordia with its stunning baroque buildings. The city also boasts an impressive art scene with museums like Biblioteca Palafoxiana which houses thousands of books from around the world.

One of the most interesting historical facts that makes Puebla stand out is it was here in 1862 where Mexican forces were victorious during their battle against France in The Battle of Puebla or "Cinco de Mayo". This important victory has been remembered every 5th of May ever since!
