Amarbayasgalant Monastery, located in the city of Baruunburen Sum, Mongolia, is one of the three largest Buddhist monastic centers in the country. Built in the 18th century, it is a rare example of Chinese-style architecture in Mongolia and is considered one of the most well-preserved monasteries in Mongolia, surviving the mass destruction of Mongolian monasteries during the 1930s.

Visitors to the Amarbayasgalant Monastery can marvel at the intricate details of the 37 temples, halls, and stupas, each filled with religious artifacts, statues, and thangkas. The main attraction is the Main Assembly Hall, which houses a 2.5-meter high statue of Buddha. The monastery is also surrounded by beautiful landscapes, offering a tranquil and serene atmosphere that adds to the spiritual experience.
