North Brabant is a province in the south of the Netherlands, and it is home to some of the country's most beautiful landscapes and attractions. The largest cities are Eindhoven, Tilburg and Breda with many interesting historical sites, museums, lakes and nature reserves. The city of Den Bosch is home to some incredible art museums like Het Noordbrabants Museum.

For those interested in outdoor activities there are plenty of options to choose from: walking or biking along one of the many canals or rivers; visiting a national park or taking a boat trip on one of North Brabant's many lakes. Other popular tourist attractions include safari parks, theme parks and castles such as Castle Loevestein near Gorinchem.

One interesting historical fact about North Brabant is that this was once an independent duchy that existed from 1568 until 1795 when it was annexed by France during the Napoleonic Wars before becoming part of modern day Netherlands in 1815.
