Visit Gaga'ifomauga

Gaga'ifomauga is one of the four provinces of Samoa, located on the island's northern coast. It is known for its stunning scenery and lush rainforests, as well as its richly diverse culture. Popular tourist attractions in Gaga'ifomauga include the Falealupo Rainforest Reserve and Palauli Beach--both offer excellent hiking, swimming, and bird watching opportunities. For a more historical experience, visit the Vailoa Palace--a traditional Samoan palace built in 1875 that was once home to Samoan royalty.

Gaga'ifomauga also boasts an interesting history; it was once considered a hotbed for political activity during Samoa's period of German rule from 1900-1914. During this time it's said that farmers from around the province would gather at Sapunaoa village to discuss politics and how they could improve their lives under colonial rule!
