Visit Isabel Province

The Isabel Province of the Solomon Islands is an archipelago of more than 30 islands. It offers a range of activities and experiences for travelers, from lush rainforests and stunning beaches to historical sites. One must-visit location is the Marovo Lagoon, one of the largest in the world. Here visitors can spot dolphins as they snorkel or dive in crystal clear waters, as well as explore its unique limestone formations and unspoiled coral reefs.

Another tourist destination is Gavutu Island, home to a number of World War II wrecks including PT boats, half track vehicles, anti-aircraft guns and tanks that were left behind by American forces during a battle with Japanese forces in 1942. The island still remains largely untouched by modern development so it's like stepping back in time here!

Isabel Province also has some interesting historical attractions such as Nusa Roviana Village which is believed to be one of the oldest human settlements on earth; settlers arriving from other Pacific islands around 2000 years ago! It's also home to Ululaka Cave which was once used for ritual purposes during ancient times and contains evidence of ancient rock drawings that tell stories about past cultures.
