Visit Gyeongbuk


Gyeongbuk is a province in eastern South Korea. This beautiful area is full of scenic views, historical attractions, and cultural experiences. One of the most popular tourist spots in Gyeongbuk is the Bomun Lake Resort. Boasting a massive lake, gardens, and traditional Korean architecture, it's an amazing destination for everyone.

Another great place to visit in Gyeongbuk is Bulguksa Temple. It's one of Korea's oldest Buddhist temples and features stunning architecture from the 8th century Silla Dynasty. The temple grounds also include two stone pagodas that date back to the same period as well as numerous statues and carvings.

Gyeongbuk is home to many interesting historical facts as well. It was once part of the ancient kingdom of Silla which existed during the 8th century until its fall in 935 A.D.. Many cultural relics remain from this period such as Seokguram Grotto which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995.
