Visit Sejong

Sejong, South Korea is a vibrant city full of culture and history. Located between Seoul and Daejeon, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. Start your day at Sejong's famous theme park: The Dream Land Theme Park. Here you can find amusement rides, arcades, water slides and more! Later in the day check out Sejong Museum which houses a wide variety of artifacts related to Korean culture such as traditional ceramics and artwork. Spend some time at Sejong Lake Park where you can explore walking trails surrounded by lush vegetation or take a leisurely boat ride through its calm waters.

One interesting historical fact about this city is that it was declared South Korea's administrative capital back in 2007. This had been planned since 2002 when President Kim Dae-Jung proposed relocating some government ministries away from congested Seoul in order to reduce traffic congestion there. As such many governmental offices are located here giving it an important role within the country's administrative system.
