Photos taken around Valley of Fire State Park

Open year round, Valley of Fire State Park is a place you shouldn’t miss while staying in Las Vegas as it is only a hour away from the Strip.

Established as the first Nevada State Park in the early 1930s, uou will be impressed by the geology of its bright red Aztec sandstone outcrops nestled in gray and tan limestone. You will also see arches, petrified trees and petroglyphs dating back more than 2,000 years along the dozen of marked trails.

Besides, the park has numerous campsites equipped with shaded tables, grills and water.
