Visit Zhytomyr Oblast
Zhytomyr Oblast is a region in Ukraine located northwest of Kiev. Its capital city, Zhytomyr, is the birthplace of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko and a major agricultural center owing to its fertile soil. The region is home to numerous wildlife reserves such as the Askany-Tatarbunary Nature Reserve, which offers visitors an opportunity to observe some of Ukraine's most diverse wildlife habitats.
