The Aquarium of the Pacific is a renowned public aquarium situated on a five-acre site in Long Beach, California. It is home to over 11,000 animals, representing over 500 different species in exhibits ranging from the sunny Southern California/Baja Pacific to the icy waters of the Northern Pacific and the colorful reefs of the Tropical Pacific.
Visitors to the Aquarium of the Pacific have the opportunity to explore the Shark Lagoon, featuring more than 150 sharks that you can touch. They can also enjoy the June Keyes Penguin Habitat, which houses a lively community of Magellanic Penguins. These exhibits, along with a host of others, provide an immersive and educational experience for all ages.
