Visit Trà Vinh

The Tra Vinh Province of Vietnam is a coastal area located in the south-east region of the country. The province is bordered by Ca Mau province to the west and Dong Thap Province to the north. There are many attractions in this region for tourists to explore, including popular religious sites such as Cho Moi Church, Khanh Hoa Buddhist pagoda and Phuoc Trung Holy Land. A little further east lies Song Than National Park which provides visitors with opportunities to go bird watching or take part in other outdoor activities such as boat rides and hiking.

An interesting historical fact about Tra Vinh is that it was once an important trading post during pre-colonial times due to its proximity to the Dieu Nham river which connected traders from various regions throughout Indochina; it even hosted a railway station during French colonial rule in 1881! Today, there are plenty of places where you can experience authentic Vietnamese culture, from traditional markets and local restaurants, to cultural shows such as cai luong (a form of vietnamese theater).
