Hesse is a state located in the west-central part of Germany. It is bordered by North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony, Thuringia, Bavaria, Baden-Wurttemberg and Rhineland Palatinate. The capital city of Hesse is Wiesbaden.

Hesse has a wealth of cultural attractions to discover such as the beautiful Gothic Cathedral in Mainz and the impressive archaeological collections at the Germanisches Nationalmuseum in Nuremberg.
