The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County (NHM) is an educational destination located in the city of Los Angeles that should not be missed. Spanning more than 35 acres, it is the largest natural and historical museum in the western United States, with exhibits ranging from dinosaur artifacts to flora and fauna from around the world. Visitors can explore over 300,000 square feet of galleries and take a journey through 4.5 billion years of history by visiting some of NHM’s most popular attractions such as their Age of Mammals exhibit or Dinosaur Hall.

The museum also provides special activities such as interactive labs, educational events for kids, career exploration programs for teens, lectures for adults, summer camps for families and much more. With so much to offer and learn about at NHM there is something for everyone to enjoy!
