Visit Dhaka Division

The Dhaka Division of Bangladesh is a vibrant and diverse region located in the heart of the country. It is home to more than 20 million people, and includes a mix of cultures, religions, and languages. Dhaka City is the capital and largest city in Bangladesh, located at the heart of the division. It's full of beautiful architecture including mosques, temples, monuments, parks, gardens, and markets.

One popular tourist attraction in Dhaka Division is Lalbagh Fort; an 18th century Mughal fort that houses a museum full of artifacts from centuries past. A visit to this historic site gives visitors a glimpse into Bangladesh's rich history before independence. Another great spot to visit is Ahsan Manzil; once home to Mughal royalty it now serves as a national museum with artifacts dating back 800 years ago during Sultanate era.

An interesting fact about Dhaka Division is that it was once part of Bengal province under British Raj until 1947 when East Pakistan was created after Indian Independence from Britain. It later became Dhaka Division after Bangladesh's independence in 1971.
