Saint-Aubin Church is a Toulouse church located in the popular district of Saint-Aubin-Dupuy, east of the historic center of the city.

Massive, and without bell tower, this church was built from 1847 by the architect Jean-Marie-Thérèse-Auguste Delort on an old cemetery in a style that combines Gothic, Romanesque and Byzantine arts. It is the biggest religious construction site of the 19th century in Toulouse. It was opened in 1853.

Plan your visit

  1. Visit the oldest parts of the church, including its original Romanesque walls and towers.
  2. Take advantage of the well-preserved stained glass windows by taking a moment to appreciate their artistry.
  3. Be sure to step outside for a few moments to take in the views from atop one of the two bell towers of Saint-Aubin Church.
  4. Take part in one of their special services or events which often feature beautiful music and mass choirs singing traditional chants from around Toulouse and beyond!
  5. Make sure to check out some local street art near Saint-Aubin Church that is located along Rue de la Liberte - it’s truly unique!
