Vaduz Castle

Vaduz Castle is the palace and official residence of the Prince of Liechtenstein. The castle gave its name to the town of Vaduz, the capital of Liechtenstein, which it overlooks from an adjacent hilltop.
Plan your visit
- Wear comfortable shoes as the castle is located on a steep hill and there are many stairs to climb.
- Bring along some money to purchase souvenirs from the tourist shop in the castle grounds.
- Make sure you visit all of the exhibits inside, as each has something unique and interesting to offer!
- Take plenty of photos, this beautiful castle can be a great backdrop for amazing shots!
- Don’t forget to explore around the outside area; it’s full of lush gardens and breathtaking views exactly how they were in centuries ago!
